Where your baby is part of the workout, not a reason to skip it !! At Ludens, we offer unique fitness classes designed specifically for parents and their babies. These aren’t just postnatal workouts; they’re bonding sessions that blend playful moments with meaningful strength training. Here’s what you can expect: - Use your baby as natural weight for goblet squats, lunges, overhead presses, chest presses, twists, and core work — safely building strength while keeping them close. - If your baby wants to crawl, we crawl. If they want to roll, we roll. If they’re clingy, we do more squats and lunges. If they’re playful, we lift them overhead, turning exercise into a game. - Every class flows around your baby’s mood, so you never have to stress or feel out of place. Why book a class? 1. Cancellation Policy

All participants must complete a health waiver before joining any group class. Pre-registration is recommended as class sizes are limited; walk-ins are welcome if space permits. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join once the warm-up has begun, for safety reasons. Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Missed classes are not credited back, except under documented medical circumstances at Ludens’ discretion. To cancel or reschedule, please use our booking system or contact us directly as soon as possible. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, follow all coach instructions, respect fellow members, and maintain personal hygiene. Clean and return equipment after use. Mobile phones should be silent and stored away during class. Scaling options are provided in all classes to accommodate different experience levels. If you have an injury or limitation, please inform your coach before class begins so we can adjust movements appropriately. Ludens is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken for marketing; let us know if you prefer not to appear. By participating in group classes at Ludens Fitness Studio, you agree to follow these policies and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.
