TERMS & CONDITIONS  for Ludens Fitness Studio

1. Membership Agreement

• I understand that memberships are personal and non-transferable.

• I acknowledge that I must complete a health questionnaire and waiver before participating in any classes.

• I agree that Ludens Pro and other memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

2. Founding Memberships

• I understand that my founding membership rate is locked in for life only if I maintain uninterrupted active status.

• If canceled, I acknowledge I will not be able to rejoin at the original founding rate.

3. Class Attendance & Scheduling

• I agree to pre-register for all classes.

• I understand that cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to avoid penalties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• I acknowledge that I must provide 14 days’ written notice to cancel my monthly membership.

• I understand that no refunds are provided for missed sessions or unused time.

• Class packs are non-refundable but may be transferred by written request.

5. Pause Policy

• I may pause my membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks per year.

• I agree to submit pause requests at least 7 days in advance.

6. Studio Access

• I understand access is granted only during staffed hours or designated open-gym access.

• I agree not to bring unauthorized guests during open gym sessions.

7. Code of Conduct

• I agree to treat staff and other members with respect.

• I will wipe down and re-rack equipment after use.

• I understand that harassment, unsafe behavior, or abuse may result in immediate termination.

8. Health & Safety

• I confirm I am physically capable of participating in fitness activities.

• I agree to disclose injuries and pre-existing conditions.

• I understand the studio reserves the right to refuse service based on safety concerns.

9. Liability Waiver

• I understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with training at Ludens Fitness Studio.

• I release Ludens Fitness Studio, its owners, and staff from liability for any injury, accident, or loss sustained during participation or while on the premises.

10. Media Use Consent

• I consent to Ludens Fitness Studio using photos or videos taken during sessions for marketing.

• I understand I may opt out in writing.

11. Policy Changes

• I acknowledge that Ludens may update pricing, terms, or schedules with 30 days’ notice.

• I understand changes will be communicated via email or posted online.
